What is included with the Mirror
The current Mirror offer includes unlimited visits during the allocated hire time, the prop box, red carpet and rope barriers, QR photo access and a full digital folder for the host after the event. Delivery and setup at the venue are included during the selected time frame. Confirm how setup and the operating window are scheduled. Printed photos are not included in this paperless offer.
What can change the quotation?
- The selected booth format and exact equipment.
- Date, venue postcode and the requested operating hours.
- Delivery access, room changeovers, loading restrictions and collection arrangements.
- Specific branding, output, props, assistance or styling requests.
- Any agreed additional power arrangement or other requirement beyond the offered package.
Ask for one complete total
Before deciding, ask for the complete event total and an itemised specification. Check which extras are included, which are optional and what payment and cancellation terms apply. Do not calculate a three- or four-hour price by dividing the starting price into an hourly rate; no such rate is published.
A practical budget conversation
If you have a budget, share it alongside the event essentials. Explain which parts matter most: the format, the useful hours or a particular output. The team can discuss a suitable brief, but a budget entered on an enquiry is not an accepted price.
