2. Check suitability and availability
The team checks the requested format and date, then discusses the actual venue setup. Share loading routes, steps, room availability and restrictions. The equipment footprint and suitable electricity requirements are confirmed for the chosen type. Working Wi-Fi at the operating location is required for the current paperless Mirror service.
3. Review the written quotation
Check the exact equipment, usable hire window, setup and collection arrangements, output, inclusions and complete total. Ask for requested extras to be listed explicitly. The Magic Mirror starting offer of £250 for two hours is a guide to that published package; it is not a binding price for a different brief.
4. Agree the booking terms
Before paying or confirming, read the written payment, cancellation and change arrangements supplied for the booking. Do not assume a deposit percentage, balance date or cancellation rule from another supplier. An enquiry does not reserve the date; the team confirms when the booking is agreed.
5. Confirm the venue plan
Make sure the venue knows the setup position, access times, guest approach and agreed utilities. Share changes promptly. A moved room, unavailable Wi-Fi or changed collection window can affect the plan, so keep those details in the same booking conversation.
6. Enjoy the experience and receive the photos
Guests use the booth during the agreed operating period. For the current Mirror package, QR photographs are paperless and the host receives a full digital folder afterwards. Check the delivery arrangements in advance and ask how to report a missing photo or delivery issue.
