Build around the party, not a standard timetable
For a birthday or anniversary, write down guest arrival, any food service, a cake or speech moment and the main entertainment. Position the booth hours where guests have time to enjoy it. If everyone is seated for a meal during most of the hire window, another window may be more useful.
A little prop inspiration
Real guest and setup photographs from the existing gallery. Use the props, colour and layout as starting points for your own party brief.
Current Magic Mirror photos are paperless. These pictures show guest and setup ideas; backgrounds and equipment vary by booking.
Keep the complete setup in mind
A garden room, village hall and hired function room have different practical arrangements. Share the available space, access and power information rather than assuming that a booth will fit because other entertainment has been used there before. Outdoor or marquee locations need suitability discussed explicitly.
Props without a complicated plan
The current Mirror prop box includes hats, wigs, glasses, inflatables and signs. Guests can use props or simply take a photograph together. If you have a particular theme, backdrop or custom prop in mind, ask whether it can be included; a theme in your message is not an automatic package addition.
Photos guests can keep
The current Mirror service is paperless: guests scan a QR code to receive and save photos. The host receives a full digital folder afterwards. Check the venue Wi-Fi at the actual booth position and agree how guests who need help will access their pictures.
Compare price and useful time
The published Mirror starting offer is £250 for two hours. Longer windows and other booth formats need their own quotation. Compare the hours guests will use the experience, the agreed output and complete booking total rather than assuming all booth packages are identical.
