Corporate photo booth hire in Peterborough

A better business-event brief brings the guest experience, venue and approval process together.

Set the purpose before the specification

A staff celebration, an awards evening and a client-facing event may call for different experiences. Decide whether the goal is informal group photographs, a short video moment or another activity. Share that purpose along with the approximate attendance and event timetable.

Guest experience and setup inspiration

Choose and approve the output

Ask for the photo or video format, guest delivery method and host access to be set out in the proposal. The current Magic Mirror package is paperless, with QR photos and a full digital folder for the host. For another format, confirm the output separately. Printing, branded templates, bespoke props and particular sharing features must be requested and confirmed; they are not assumed inclusions.

Coordinate the venue and event team

  • Identify the loading route, access window and equipment position.
  • Share room changeovers, security or delivery sign-in requirements.
  • Confirm suitable electricity and working Wi-Fi at the operating location.
  • Keep fire exits, guest routes and service areas unobstructed.
  • Agree the operating period, collection arrangements and event contact.

Plan photography communication

Tell attendees how the experience works and how photographs will be accessed. If the business intends to use pictures for publicity, arrange the appropriate permissions and communication through your own event process. Taking part in a booth should not be treated as blanket permission for every future marketing use.

Compare the complete quotation

The Mirror starting offer is £250 for two hours. Other durations, equipment, requested customisation and event arrangements need a written quotation. Ask the team to list the total, specification and booking terms in a form your organisation can review. Do not assume a purchase order or an enquiry confirms a reservation.

Useful details for a Peterborough event

Include the precise postcode even if the venue is well known locally. City-centre loading, a business-park reception area and a rural event site can need different access planning. The actual venue instructions are more useful than a general area name.
