Choose your photo booth hire hours

Useful hours are the hours when guests can take part.

Start with the guest timetable

Draw a simple list of arrival, food, speeches, planned activities and finish. Add evening arrivals or a room changeover if they apply. The most useful operating window is a stretch when guests can find and use the booth without missing something else they came for.

Compare the published Mirror options

Hire windowA question to help you chooseWhat to confirm
Two hoursIs there one clear period when most guests can take part? The £250 starting offer and complete event quote.
Three hoursWould a wider window cover different arrival groups or a break? The quoted three-hour price and exact operating times.
Four hoursDoes the event genuinely need a longer spread of access? The quoted four-hour price, setup and collection plan.

Setup time is a separate detail

Tell the team when the venue becomes available, when guests arrive and when you want the booth to operate. Delivery and setup are included during the selected Magic Mirror time frame, so ask exactly how the agreed schedule works. Do not assume every minute of venue access is an operating minute.

Do not turn the starting price into an hourly rate

£250 is the published two-hour Mirror starting offer. It does not establish an hourly rate for adding time, another format or a different event brief. Ask for a written price for the actual window you want.

For a wedding, party or business event

At a wedding, include evening guests and any room turnaround. At a private party, check whether food or a cake moment divides the usable time. At a corporate event, include programmed sessions and guest departures. Use those details to choose the hours that suit your guests.

Make a provisional choice, then confirm it

If the timetable is still developing, mark the preferred window as provisional and discuss it. Finalise the operating start, finish, setup and collection in the booking conversation. If the event schedule changes, ask the team to review the effect rather than assume the booking moves automatically.
