From £250 for two hours
The published starting offer is £250 for two-hour Magic Mirror hire. Two-, three- and four-hour options are available to discuss. Choose a two-, three- or four-hour window around your guests. Your quotation brings the date, venue and requirements into one complete price.

The Mirror, the props and the people
Real guest moments and Magic Mirror setups from the existing marketing gallery. Use them to describe the look you like; your quotation lists the equipment and finish selected for your event.
Current Magic Mirror photos are paperless. These pictures show guest and setup ideas; backgrounds and equipment vary by booking.
Paperless photos, with the details agreed in advance
The Mirror package is paperless: guests receive QR photos and the host receives a digital folder. Plan any assistance guests need, and agree folder access and delivery before the event. Ask separately about a printed output if that is important to your plans. Read the digital photo and props guide.
Make room for the whole setup
Allow for the Mirror, red carpet, barriers, props and guest approach when discussing the location. Ask for the actual equipment footprint rather than assuming a standard measurement. Keep the setup away from doors, service routes and areas needed for another activity.
Power and working Wi-Fi
The client arranges suitable electricity at the agreed setup location and time, plus working Wi-Fi at the operating location and necessary login details. Test the connection in that part of the room. If a supply is unavailable, raise it before booking. Own power can be quoted separately; it does not provide Wi-Fi.
Choose the hours around your guests
Write down guest arrival, food, speeches and the main entertainment. Then choose the stretch when people can actually use the Mirror. The hire-hours guide helps compare two, three and four hours without treating extra hours as an automatic inclusion.
